Obituary
Elder Ruby Howard Thurmond has answered the call to come home. She gained her wings on Sunday, June 16. 2024 surrounded by her family at her home in Chicago, IL. A native of Bullock County, Elder Ruby is returning home. Final services will be held, Wednesday, June 26, 2024
at her church home- Lowfield Missionary Baptist Church; visitation begins at 11a.m., homegoing at noon. Elder Ruby will be interred in the church cemetery immediately following services. Remains entrusted to Poe's Memory Chapel.
