Mr. James (Gene) Jackson Sr. was born July 30,1946 to the late Minnie Will Dawson-Jackson and the late Walker Jackson. James known to many as (Gene) confessed to Christ at an early age. Gene attended Russell County High School and was a proud member of the “Great Hope Community”. On October 18,2025, at the age of (78), James peacefully departed this old life for a new one at the Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula,Alabama.
